The context
Noovimo, a network of real estate agents with a strong culture of innovation, owned all the assets to stand out. A dynamic team, a clear vision of the job, but a recruitment strategy that could not translate its full potential. Each month, only 4 to 5 candidates joined their ranks, a pace that was out of step with the ambition of the network.
The challenge was to transform this real estate recruitment nugget into a real talent accelerator thanks to the creation of a website dedicated.

We designed a website specifically dedicated to recruitment, designed from the start to capture the attention of the right profiles. Fluid architecture, refined messages, optimized candidate journey: everything has been done to promote Noovimo's promise.
At the same time, a targeted SEO strategy was deployed, allowing the site to track down key queries in a very competitive sector. The result: a strong increase in visibility among qualified profiles.
To capture attention and qualify candidates from the very first seconds, we have imagined an innovative digital tool. This lead magnet — halfway between an interactive test and a success simulator — offers an engaging experience while collecting valuable data.
It allows each visitor to project themselves into the daily life of a Noovimo agent, while facilitating the detection of genuinely motivated profiles.
We have thoroughly reviewed Noovimo's media approach. Exit generic campaigns: make way for a targeted strategy, driven by data. The messages have been reworked to better speak to the aspirations of the candidates.
The audiences were refined, the channels selected based on real performance. Since January 2023, this new advertising dynamic has made it possible to generate more leads while significantly reducing the cost per candidate.

3 Strategic key points
Thanks to a complete overhaul of the advertising strategy, Noovimo now generates more than 40 leads per month while having halved its media budget. Finer management, more powerful messages and refined targeting made it possible to do more, with less.
We have designed a site entirely dedicated to recruitment, designed as a fully-fledged showcase of the Noovimo promise. The result: increased visibility, a strengthened image and the ability to compete with — and surpass — the sector's major networks on their own turf.
With an interactive self-assessment tool, we transformed the candidate experience. More than a simple form, an immersive journey that captures attention, reinforces projection and qualifies profiles that are truly compatible with the expectations of the network in advance.
